To bring coins into play, players need to roll either a 6, 5, or 1. Each of these rolls allows them to move the corresponding number of coins from their home box to the game start box. Pawns automatically move to the board when eligible rolls are played.

The game features two types of boxes on the board: plain boxes and safe boxes. Plain boxes can only hold one coin at a time, while safe boxes can hold multiple coins from both players.

Kills occur when a player moves a coin to a non-safe box where an opponent's coin exists. In such cases, the opponent's coin is replaced with the player's coin, and the opponent's coin goes back to their home box. Players need to make at least one kill to be eligible to enter the inner layer of boxes.
